Custom web apps

When a website isn't enough, we build the system that runs the business.

We've shipped Fleiko, Proveo, Korent, and Kocre IT ourselves — four SaaS products we own and operate across fleet management, contractor CRM, party rentals, and IT services. When we build your SaaS, web app, or internal tool, we treat it the same way: real architecture, documented handoff, and nothing we'd be embarrassed to run ourselves.

Discovery sprint from $2,500

MVP from $18K

No template limits

One workspace, start to finish

Best for founders, operators, and growth-stage teams who need a senior architect-builder.

  • +

You have a process that lives across spreadsheets, Notion, and a dozen browser tabs.

  • +

You've validated a software idea and need someone to actually build it.

  • +

You need a tool your customers will log into, not just a marketing site.

  • +

Your team spends more time managing workarounds than serving customers.

  • +

You're at a growth-stage company and need a senior architect-builder — not an agency that pitches senior talent and hands the project to juniors.

Best fit

Best fit for…

  • Founders shipping their first software product
  • Operators replacing manual processes with a real system
  • Agencies needing white-label internal tools
  • Growth-stage teams that need a senior architect with product judgment — not a ticket queue

Probably not the right call if…

  • -

An off-the-shelf tool already does it — we don't rebuild what HubSpot, Stripe, or Linear already build

  • -

You need a $500 patch, not a new system

  • -

You want to own zero code or documentation after delivery

Four signs you need a custom system, not another SaaS subscription.

01

You've outgrown off-the-shelf SaaS but every contractor quote starts at $80K.

02

You need a real software system — with or without a CTO in the room.

03

You've been burned by a freelancer who shipped half a product and disappeared.

04

You're paying for five tools that still don't talk to each other.

From scope to handoff — everything in one build.

Architecture and scope

  • Paid discovery sprint when needed
  • System design and data model
  • Scope lock with milestone plan
  • Realistic budget bands before a dollar is committed

Build

  • Next.js + Supabase by default
  • Auth, role-based access, payments, integrations
  • AI copilots, detection layers, and intelligent workflows — same stack as Fleiko, Proveo, Korent, and Kocre IT. We're not learning AI on your project.
  • Milestone-based delivery with full workspace visibility

Launch and ownership

  • Your code, your accounts, your domain
  • Documented handoff — no black box
  • Optional Care Pro retainer for ongoing work

Process

How a custom app gets built.

Every project starts with a call, not a quote. We scope before we price so there are no surprises mid-build.

01 — Discovery

Define the system

Scope, user roles, data model, integration needs. Optional paid discovery sprint for complex scopes where figuring out what to build is itself the hard problem.

02 — Build

Milestone-based delivery

Build in your shared workspace with full visibility. You see every milestone as it ships. Scope changes go through a change-order process — no surprises.

03 — Launch

Handoff and ownership

Deployed on your accounts. Documented so any developer can understand the system. Optional Care Pro retainer if you want ongoing iteration.

Priced to the scope, not to a template.

All Web Apps projects start with a 30-minute strategy call. Prices are ranges — final scope determines cost. Discovery sprint is optional for clear, well-defined scopes.

Discovery sprint

$2,500–$5,000

Paid scoping engagement before MVP commit. Results in a scope document, milestone plan, and budget bands.

Optional for clear scopes

MVP

$18,000–$35,000

First working version of a focused product. Validated scope, core workflows, one user role, deployment.

Most common starting point

Standard build

$35,000–$75,000

Full product with multiple user roles, admin panel, integrations, payments, documented handoff.

Scoped to your project

Complex scope

$75,000+

Multi-tenant SaaS, complex data models, AI integration, white-label systems, or enterprise-grade architecture. Typically a 3–6 month engagement. Discovery sprint required. You own all code, IP, and documentation from day one — nothing held back.

Custom web app FAQ

Do I have to start with a discovery sprint?

No — if your scope is well-defined, we can move straight to an MVP proposal. Discovery is for cases where figuring out what to build is itself the hard problem.

What stack do you build on?

Next.js + Supabase by default: TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, auth, file storage, and real-time built in. We adapt for specific requirements.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

Structured process, documented handoff, milestone-based payments, and a shared workspace you have full access to throughout. No disappearing after launch.

How do I know this won't go over budget or timeline?

Scope is locked before a dollar is committed. If a change order is needed, it gets priced, approved, and documented before any new work starts — scope creep doesn't happen silently here. Discovery sprints exist specifically to prevent budget surprises on complex projects.

Do I need a technical background to work with you?

No. We translate business requirements into working software — you describe what the system needs to do, we handle the architecture. Most of our clients aren't developers. The workspace keeps you in the loop without requiring you to read code.

What do I actually own when the project is done?

Everything — the source code, the database, the hosting accounts, the domain. Full IP transfer once the final invoice is paid. We don't hold code hostage or retain any license to the work. The handoff documentation means any developer can understand and extend the system.

What happens after launch if I need changes?

You own the code and can hire anyone to maintain it. We offer an optional Care Pro retainer for clients who want ongoing iteration from us. Most clients start without it and add it after they've validated traction.

What happens if this engagement falls apart mid-project?

Your code lives in your own repository from day one — not ours. Every milestone ships with documentation so any developer can pick up where we left off. The handoff plan is part of the contract before work starts, not an afterthought at the end. You're never dependent on a single point of failure.

Who actually touches my code?

Only me. No account managers, no junior developers handed the project after the kickoff call. The person you scope with is the person who builds it, reviews it, and ships it. That's the promise agencies can't make — and it's the main reason clients come here after being burned by one.

What's the process when scope changes mid-project?

Any change to scope goes through a written change order — priced, documented, and approved before a line of new code is written. Nothing is added silently and nothing inflates the bill without your sign-off. This is built into the contract from the start, not handled informally.

Tell us what you're building.

30 minutes. No pitch. We'll map out what you need, what it would cost, and what to do first — whether you hire us or not. We take 2–3 projects per quarter. If the scope and timeline fit, we'll know by the end of the call.

Not sure we're a fit? The discovery call has no commitment — I'll tell you honestly if this project isn't right for us.
