SaaS development

We've shipped four SaaS products of our own. Yours is next.

Most agencies have never run a SaaS. Most freelancers have never shipped one. We've shipped four — Fleiko (fleet management), Proveo (contractor photo proof), Korent (in-product AI copilot), and Kocre IT (AI-powered helpdesk) — and we still operate them. You get a builder who has lived the billing arguments, the churn analyses, the support tickets, and the 2am infrastructure scares. Not just code — the whole product.

4 SaaS products we built & run

Multi-tenant + billing on day one

Retention loops, not just features

$0 due until scope is approved

Best for founders who want to ship a SaaS, not pitch one.

  • +

You're a founder with a SaaS idea and want a builder who has actually shipped one — not a generalist agency learning on your money.

  • +

You've tried no-code, hit the ceiling, and need a real product foundation that scales past 50 users.

  • +

You have an existing SaaS that's stalled, breaking, or unmaintainable, and you need someone to take it over.

  • +

You want a partner who has lived the same problems you'll face — pricing, churn, support, infrastructure — not just code.

Idéal pour

Start here if you want to ship paying customers, not just an MVP that sits.

  • You have a real audience or first ten customers in mind — not a 'build it and they'll come' bet.
  • You want a builder who'll be on the hook past launch, not just at the demo.
  • You're OK paying for a Discovery Sprint to scope the real work before committing to a build.

Probably not the right first move if…

  • -

You mainly need a marketing website or e-commerce store — start with our /websites or /ecommerce lane.

  • -

You want the cheapest possible MVP and don't care if it survives past ten users.

  • -

You don't have a clear use case or audience yet — start with our automation audit or a strategy call before committing to a build.

  • -

You expect equity-only — we don't take equity-only as a solo studio. Cash engagements only.

Why most SaaS builds stall before the first paying customer.

01

The builder treated it like a website — no multi-tenancy, no billing, no auth model. Full rebuild required at month 6.

02

The agency shipped a demo that worked on three users and broke at fifty. Database, queries, infrastructure all wrong.

03

Nobody planned for the boring SaaS parts — Stripe, trial logic, churn handling, RBAC. Six months of extra work after launch.

04

The builder vanished post-launch. Nobody knows the codebase, nobody can fix bugs, nobody can ship features.

What we build into your SaaS — from day one, not as an afterthought.

Multi-tenant from day one

  • Tenant isolation at the database layer with Row Level Security — not just app-level checks that leak when a query is rewritten
  • One codebase, many customers — without the painful rewrite at customer #50
  • Built the way Fleiko, Korent, and Kocre IT run today

Billing, auth, and identity built in

  • Stripe-powered subscriptions, trial logic, plan upgrades, and dunning flows that actually retain — not a bolt-on after launch
  • Auth with role-based access control, team invites, and admin tooling from the first sprint
  • The boring-but-essential SaaS layer most agencies skip until it's a problem

Retention loops, not just features

  • Onboarding flows, lifecycle email, and in-product nudges designed before the build, not patched in after churn shows up
  • Activation metric defined up front, instrumented from week one
  • Built the way Proveo's freemium → paid conversion runs today

Production-safe AI where it earns its keep

  • Confidence-gated AI in the product when it solves a real job — not as a buzzword to put on a deck
  • Guardrails, human-in-the-loop, and audit trails — the way all four of our SaaS products are built
  • If AI is the centerpiece of your build, see /ai-integration for the deeper engineering

We don't sell demos. We run four production SaaS products of our own.

Built and operated by the same hands that'll build yours. In production today, generating real usage and real lessons that come back into your build.

Fleiko

Live in production since 2026 — fleet management SaaS with an AI copilot for cost & maintenance alerts, compliance tracking, and GPS monitoring. Multi-tenant, Stripe-billed.

Proveo

Live in production since 2026 — photo proof + CRM for service contractors. AI-detected before/after with cryptographic provenance. Freemium → paid conversion live.

Korent

Live in production since 2026 — floating, context-aware AI Operator Copilot, a read-only help layer embedded inside other products. Powered by OpenAI and Anthropic Claude.

Kocre IT

Live in production since 2026 — AI-powered helpdesk for outsourced IT support. Auto-resolves tickets only above 90% confidence, escalates the rest. Multi-tenant by client org.

Processus

From idea to paying customer — without the MVP-that-stalls trap.

Every track starts the same way: we scope the real work first, validate before committing to a full build, and ship with the boring-but-essential SaaS plumbing in place from day one.

/ 01 — WEEK 1–2

Discovery Sprint

We scope your SaaS: architecture, billing model, multi-tenancy, core flows, and sequencing. You walk away with a fixed-price proposal for the full build.

/ 02 — WEEKS 2–4

Foundation

Auth, billing, multi-tenancy, and core schema in place. The boring-but-essential SaaS layer that lets everything else move fast — without rebuilds at month 6.

/ 03 — WEEKS 4–10

Core build

The flow that earns money — built, tested, and integrated with Stripe, auth, transactional email, and admin tooling. Real users in staging by week 8.

/ 04 — LAUNCH

Go live

Production deploy. Payment live, billing wired, retention flows triggering. Real paying customers — not a demo URL with three test accounts.

/ 05 — OPERATE

Build & Operate (optional)

Monthly retainer to keep shipping features, monitoring infrastructure, and tuning retention loops while you focus on growth. Not a leash — opt in or out anytime.

Priced for what it takes to ship — not what it takes to demo.

Every track starts with the Discovery Sprint — a fixed-price scope of your actual build. You walk away with a real proposal whether you continue with us or not. After Discovery, $0 is due on the larger engagement until scope is approved. We publish bands so you can self-qualify instead of burning 90 minutes on a sales call.

/ DISCOVERY SPRINT

Starting at $4,000

1–2 weeks fixed-price. We scope your SaaS for real — architecture, multi-tenancy model, billing plan, sequencing, and a fixed-price proposal for the full build. Yours to keep whether you continue or not.

The front door

/ MVP SPRINT

Starting at $25,000

8–12 weeks, fixed-price. From scoped plan to live SaaS with paying customers — multi-tenancy, Stripe billing, auth, and the core flow that earns money. Most builds land between $25k and $45k.

Most common

/ BUILD & OPERATE

Starting at $6,000 / mo

Monthly retainer. A senior builder on retainer for ongoing features, infrastructure, and on-call. Sized to your real velocity, not a fixed contractor headcount.

Post-launch or long-arc builds

/ SAAS RESCUE

Starting at $5,000 audit

Fixed audit (5–10 working days) of a stalled or breaking SaaS — written remediation plan, prioritized. Stabilization engagement (T&M or retainer) follows based on what the audit finds.

For existing SaaS

What founders ask before committing to a SaaS build.

How is this different from your Custom Web Apps service?

Custom Web Apps is for internal tools, portals, and bespoke client apps — software you build for a specific business to use. SaaS Development is for product businesses — software you sell as a subscription to many customers, with multi-tenancy, billing, retention, and support designed in from day one. If your buyer is your customer (not your team), you want this service.

Do you take equity?

No equity-only deals. We're a solo operating studio, not a co-founder. Cash engagements only — that keeps incentives clean and lets us deliver to multiple founders at once. If you're looking for a technical co-founder, we're happy to refer you instead.

What if I already have a half-built SaaS that's broken or stalled?

That's exactly what SaaS Rescue is for. We start with a fixed-fee audit (5–10 working days), give you a written remediation plan, and you decide whether to engage us for the rebuild or take the plan elsewhere. No retainer commitment from the audit.

Can you keep operating it after launch?

Yes — Build & Operate is the retainer track. We keep shipping features, monitoring infrastructure, tuning retention loops, and being on-call. Sized to your real velocity, not a fixed contractor headcount.

Why should I trust you with my SaaS over an agency?

Because we've shipped four of our own — Fleiko, Proveo, Korent, Kocre IT — and still operate them. We've lived the billing arguments, churn analyses, support tickets, and infrastructure scares. Most agencies have shipped websites and apps; we've shipped products and run them at 2am. That difference shows up at month 6 of your build.

Do you publish prices because you're cheap?

We publish 'starting at' bands so you can self-qualify instead of burning 90 minutes on a discovery call to learn we're out of budget. Final pricing comes from the Discovery Sprint — which is fixed-price too, and yours to keep whether you continue with us or not.

What tech stack do you build on?

Default: Next.js (React) on the frontend, Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Storage with Row Level Security) for the backend, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting. We pick this stack because it gets you to multi-tenant and production-safe AI fast, with no surprise licensing costs. We'll swap parts if your build genuinely needs it.

Tell us the SaaS you're trying to ship.

We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right partner — and if we are, the Discovery Sprint scopes the real build for a fixed fee. No discovery-call obligation, no equity ask.

$0 due until Discovery Sprint scope is signed. No equity, no retainer commitment from the audit or the discovery.
