Do I need to give you access to my store?
Yes. We'll need staff or collaborator access to manage your store on your behalf. You stay the owner — we operate as your team.
What if I need a store built AND ongoing operations?
Start with the build. Once your store launches, we transition into a monthly operations retainer. Many clients do both.
What platforms do you support?
Shopify is primary. We also support WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, and eBay. If you're on something else, let's talk.
Do you handle warehousing and shipping?
Not yet. We manage digital operations — listings, orders, customers, and reporting. If you need physical fulfillment, we can help you connect with a 3PL provider.
How long does a store build actually take?
Most builds go live in 3–4 weeks from the day you approve the scope. The biggest variable is how fast you can get us product images, descriptions, and content. If assets are ready, we can move faster.
Is the Run retainer a long-term contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. We earn the retainer every month — there's no lock-in.
What if I'm not happy with the store build?
Every build includes revision rounds before launch. We share progress early so changes happen when they're inexpensive, not after everything is live. We've never shipped a build a client wasn't proud of.
Will I need a developer after you're done?
No. Shopify and WooCommerce have native editing tools — you can update products, pricing, and content yourself. If you want ongoing professional management, that's what the Run retainer is for.
