Komlan Kouhiko, founder of CrecyStudio

Komlan Kouhiko

Founder & sole practitioner

I didn’t come up through an agency or a computer science program. In 2024, I launched a car rental business in Northern Virginia with 7 cars and a commercial insurance policy. Turo was taking a significant cut of every booking, so I taught myself to build my own platform — a full booking and fleet management system — and kept the profits. I ran that business for over a year, managing operations, customers, and the codebase simultaneously.

When operational costs pushed me to pivot, I posted on Facebook Marketplace offering to build websites. Got a few clients. They liked the work. Since then I’ve shipped operating platforms for a repair center, a dropshipping store, IT services, and fleet management — and four SaaS products (Fleiko, Proveo, Korent, Kocre IT) that are live today.

Every project at CrecyStudio comes through me. No juniors, no handoffs. You get a builder who has sat on your side of the table.

Real systems we’ve shipped.

I don't just integrate AI into client projects — I've built and shipped four AI-powered SaaS products I own and operate. Fleiko runs an AI copilot for real-time fleet alerts. Proveo uses AI photo detection to automate contractor workflows. Korent ships a read-only AI Operator Copilot — a floating, context-aware in-product help layer powered by OpenAI and Anthropic Claude. Kocre IT runs an AI-powered helpdesk for outsourced IT support. That track record is what I bring to your project.

Fleiko

Fleet management platform for small businesses

Cloud SaaS — AI copilot for cost & maintenance alerts, compliance tracking, and GPS fleet monitoring.

What CrecyStudio won't take on.

Selectivity is how I keep quality high on every project. These aren't limitations — they're design choices.

  • Projects that need a team of 5+ people — I'm a solo practitioner, not an agency, and I won't pretend otherwise.
  • Clients who want daily check-ins or aren't comfortable with async-first communication.
  • Tight deadlines paired with an undefined scope — I'd rather delay the start than rush a bad outcome.
  • Design-only work with no involvement in implementation — the value I provide is strategy and build, not deliverable handoff.
  • Projects where the brief changes significantly after scope is agreed — I hold to the scope so you get the price I quoted.
