Does the site have to have been built by CrecyStudio?

Care and Care+ are open to any well-built site. Care Pro requires familiarity with the codebase — for non-CrecyStudio builds we may need a 2-week onboarding sprint first.

What counts as a 'small feature'?

Anything that takes under 4 hours: a new form field, a new section, an extra pricing row, a simple page. Anything larger gets scoped and quoted separately.

How is this different from the Automation lane's Systems Partner retainer?

Systems Partner ($500–$1,250/mo) covers automation-maintenance-only for clients whose main engagement was an Automation build. Care plans cover any project type — site, portal, or custom app — with broader improvement scope.
