How long does a website build actually take?
Most builds land between 2 and 4 weeks depending on page count, content readiness, and revisions. You'll see a fixed timeline in your estimate before committing — and we hold to it. The biggest variable is how fast you can review and approve work.
Do you write the copy or just design?
Either way works. We can build from your existing copy, restructure it, or write it with you from scratch. Full copywriting increases scope but usually improves the result significantly — especially for service businesses where the words do the selling.
Can you redesign my existing site instead of starting from zero?
Yes — if the foundation is usable. We can improve structure, visuals, and conversion flow without rebuilding everything from scratch. If your current site is on Wix or Squarespace and you're locked in, we can usually migrate you to something you actually own.
What happens after I submit the estimate form?
You get a detailed scope with pricing within 24 hours — no sales call required. If you want to move forward, we schedule a quick planning call, you pay a 50% deposit, and we start building. Everything happens in your private project workspace.
What if I need ongoing changes after launch?
You own the code and can edit it yourself or hire anyone to maintain it — no lock-in. We also offer optional monthly support if you want us to handle updates, changes, and new pages on retainer. Most clients start without it and add it later if they need it.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Every tier includes multiple revision rounds. We share early concepts before going deep, so course corrections happen when they're cheap — not after the whole site is built. In four years we've never had a project we couldn't bring across the finish line.
